Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are carefully crafted and processed in our workshop located in the Scandinavian mountain range, in Tänndalen, Sweden. Our products are made with attention to detail to meet your specific needs. Please allow 10 business days for order processing before your items are shipped. For personalized products, additional time may be required based on the complexity of customization.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently offer shipping within Sweden, Scandinavia, Europe.
- Flat Rate Shipping: 80 kr (applies to all standard orders within Sweden).
- Free Shipping: Orders over 1500 kr qualify for free shipping within Sweden.
- International Shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination country and order weight. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Sweden: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Europe: 5-10 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, and location. Rural or alpine regions may experience longer delivery times.
Personalized & Bespoke Orders
Many of our signs and products can be personalized to include your custom text, place, name, or address. For custom orders:
- Make sure you spelled your text right.
- Personalized items are non-refundable (see our Return Policy for more details).
Taxes & Duties
All orders include Swedish VAT (25%). For international orders, taxes, customs duties, and other fees may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Example of Charges:
- Subtotal: 4,134 kr
- Shipping (Flat Rate): 80 kr
- Total: 4,214 kr (includes 843 kr tax).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your package.
