Personalization Services:
- Most of our signs and other eligible products can be customized with personal text, names, addresses, and other requests.
- Custom orders must include accurate and complete information provided by the customer. Once approved, changes cannot be guaranteed.

- Standard delivery time for non-personalized items is approximately 10 business days.
- Personalized or custom orders may take 10-20 business days for production and delivery.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or shipping provider issues.
Shipping Responsibility:
- Once dispatched, we are not liable for shipping delays or damages caused during transit. Please contact the shipping provider directly for such issues.
- Returns & Refunds
Non-Personalized Items:
- You may return non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized Items:
- Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a production defect or error caused by us.
- If your personalized item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- All our products are handmade or handcrafted with care, which means slight variations in size, design, and finish may occur. This is part of the artisanal nature of our products.
